These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website green-peace.co (the "Site") and the products and services offered by Green Peace, a brand operated by ECOM PAPER PRODUCTION LLC ("Green Peace", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to purchase products from Green Peace. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party's use of the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Product Information and Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, and pricing accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the Site is error-free, complete, or current. Colors, packaging, and product details may vary slightly from what is shown. In the event of a pricing error, typo, or product information mistake, we reserve the right to correct the error and to refuse or cancel any affected orders, even after an order has been confirmed or charged. If your order is cancelled due to a pricing error, you will receive a full refund.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase, not a binding contract of sale. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, errors in pricing or product information, or violation of these Terms. You may cancel or modify your first order within 24 hours of placement, provided fulfillment has not yet begun. Cancellation of your recurring plan is governed by Section 6 of these Terms and by our Subscription and Automatic Renewal Policy.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed at the time of order through our secure payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full amount of your order, including any applicable taxes. Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address where required by law.

6. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Every order is a subscription. All products sold on the Site are supplied through the Green Peace Subscribe & Save continuous delivery program. There is no one-time purchase option.

Disclosure and affirmative consent. The recurring price, the billing frequency, and the fact that your plan renews automatically until you cancel are disclosed to you clearly and conspicuously at checkout, before you enter any payment information and before your order is placed. By completing your order you give your express affirmative consent to those recurring billing terms.

How billing works. Your first charge is the price of the bundle you select at checkout. After that, you authorize Green Peace to charge your saved payment method $29.99 USD every 30 days, plus applicable sales tax and shipping fees where they apply, and we ship you the same product from your original order. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each 30-day cycle without further authorization from you, until you cancel.

Pre-billing reminders. Before each recurring charge we send an email reminder 3 to 7 days in advance stating the scheduled charge date, the total amount, the item included, and a direct link to skip, pause, edit or cancel.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time, with no fees and no penalty, through your account portal at green-peace.co/account, by emailing info@green-peace.co with the subject line "Cancel My Subscription", or by calling +1 (505) 204-7493 during business hours. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancellation must be requested at least twenty-four (24) hours before your next billing date. If a cancellation request is received after an order has entered fulfillment, that shipment will be delivered and the cancellation will take effect for all subsequent cycles.

Flexibility. You may skip an individual delivery, pause your plan for up to 90 days, or update your payment method and addresses at any time from your account portal.

Price changes. We may modify the recurring price upon at least thirty (30) calendar days' advance written notice by email. If you do not agree to the adjustment, you may cancel before it takes effect without penalty.

Complete terms, including state-specific disclosures, are set out in our Subscription and Automatic Renewal Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, processing times, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and apply to your first order and to each recurring shipment alike. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Green Peace is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refund requests, for your first order and for every recurring shipment, are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review that policy before purchase.

9. Health and Safety Disclaimer

The products sold on this Site are dietary supplements and are intended only for use by healthy adults aged 18 and over. The statements made about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information provided on the Site, in product descriptions, and in marketing materials is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Individual results may vary. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, product photography, and software, is the property of Green Peace, ECOM PAPER PRODUCTION LLC, or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission. The Green Peace name and logo are trademarks of ECOM PAPER PRODUCTION LLC.

11. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, comments, photographs, videos, testimonials, or any other content to the Site or our social media channels, you grant Green Peace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media for any purpose, including marketing and advertising. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, that the content is accurate and reflects your genuine experience, and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

12. Promotions, Discounts, and Coupon Codes

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise specified, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, applied retroactively, or transferred. A promotional price applied to a first order does not change the recurring price, which is disclosed at checkout. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional offers, including the creation of multiple accounts to redeem the same offer, may result in order cancellation.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services that are not owned or controlled by Green Peace. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. No advice or information obtained from us or through the Site creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Peace, ECOM PAPER PRODUCTION LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, our products, or these Terms, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to Green Peace in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Green Peace, ECOM PAPER PRODUCTION LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site or our products, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

17. Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks

If you have any concern or dispute regarding an order or a recurring charge, please contact us first at info@green-peace.co. We are committed to resolving every legitimate issue quickly and fairly. You agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute with us informally before initiating a chargeback with your bank or filing a formal claim. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be disputed by us with full transaction documentation, including your recorded consent to recurring billing and the renewal reminders sent to you.

18. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our products shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in the State of New Mexico. You and Green Peace agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action. If arbitration is found unenforceable, the dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

19. Force Majeure

Green Peace shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, pandemics, labor disputes, governmental actions, carrier delays, internet or utility failures, or supplier shortages.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products, or for legal reasons. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Subscription and Automatic Renewal Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Green Peace regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements between you and Green Peace.
