Managing or Cancelling Your Plan
Every Green Peace order is a Subscribe & Save continuous delivery plan. After your first order, your payment method is charged $29.99 every 30 days and we send you the same product, until you cancel. We email you a reminder 3 to 7 days before each charge.
You can manage or cancel your plan in any of the following ways, with no fees and no penalty:
- Online: log in at green-peace.co/account, go to "Manage Subscriptions", and select "Cancel Subscription". The change takes effect immediately.
- Email: write to info@green-peace.co with the subject line "Cancel My Subscription", including your full name and order number or account email.
- Phone: call +1 (505) 204-7493 during business hours and our team will process the cancellation on the call.
To stop an upcoming shipment, please request cancellation at least 24 hours before your next billing date. You can also skip a delivery or pause your plan for up to 90 days from your account portal. Full details are available in our Subscription and Automatic Renewal Policy.
Response Time
We aim to respond to all email inquiries within one business day. Messages received on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be answered the next business day. For urgent order issues, please include your order number in the subject line so we can locate your information quickly.
