We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the date your package is delivered. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within this 30-day window. Opened products are accepted under this guarantee, as we believe you should be able to try our products before deciding whether they are right for you. Requests submitted after the 30-day period has expired cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery at info@green-peace.co. We may ask for photographic evidence of the issue to help process your claim quickly. Once approved, we will send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, simply email us at info@green-peace.co with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply within one business day with full instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is on us. We will provide a prepaid label so you have nothing to pay out of pocket. We recommend dropping off the package at the carrier location indicated on the label to ensure proper tracking. Green Peace is not responsible for returns lost in transit when our prepaid label is not used.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days from the date we receive the return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet entered our fulfillment process. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes because our team begins preparing orders quickly to meet our shipping commitments. If your order has already shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.

One-Time Purchases Only

Green Peace sells all products as one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions, recurring billing, auto-ship plans, or any other form of automatic renewal. Every order you place is a single, independent transaction. You will never be charged on a recurring basis by Green Peace; you will only be charged again if you place a new order yourself.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at info@green-peace.co.

Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to process refunds in the following cases: requests made after the 30-day window has expired, items damaged due to misuse after delivery, items returned without prior authorization from our team, and orders flagged for fraudulent activity.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We are committed to resolving every legitimate issue quickly and fairly, and most concerns can be addressed within one business day. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be disputed with supporting documentation.
