How Your Plan Works
Every order placed on green-peace.co is a Subscribe & Save continuous delivery plan. The full terms are shown to you at checkout before you enter any payment information. Your first charge is the price of the bundle you select. After that, your payment method is charged $29.99 USD every 30 days, plus applicable sales tax and shipping fees where they apply, and we ship you the same product from your original order. Your plan continues until you cancel.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the date your package is delivered. This applies to your first order and to every recurring shipment. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within this 30-day window. Opened products are accepted under this guarantee, as we believe you should be able to try our products before deciding whether they are right for you. Requests submitted after the 30-day period has expired cannot be accepted.
How to Cancel
You can cancel at any time, with no fees and no penalty, in any of these ways:
- Log in at green-peace.co/account, open "Manage Subscriptions" and select "Cancel Subscription". The cancellation takes effect immediately.
- Email info@green-peace.co with the subject line "Cancel My Subscription", including your full name and order number or account email.
- Call +1 (505) 204-7493 during business hours and our team will process the cancellation on the call.
To stop your next shipment, cancellation must be requested at least twenty-four (24) hours before your next billing date. If a cancellation arrives after an order has entered fulfillment, that shipment will be delivered and the cancellation takes effect for all following cycles.
Before Every Charge
We email you a reminder 3 to 7 days before each recurring charge. It states the scheduled date, the total amount, the item included, and a direct link to skip, pause, edit or cancel before you are billed.
Pausing and Skipping
You do not have to cancel to take a break. From your account portal you can skip an upcoming shipment or pause your plan for up to 90 days, and you can update your payment method, billing address or shipping address at any time.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery at info@green-peace.co. We may ask for photographic evidence of the issue to help process your claim quickly. Once approved, we will send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, simply email us at info@green-peace.co with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply with full instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is on us. We will provide a prepaid label so you have nothing to pay out of pocket. We recommend dropping off the package at the carrier location indicated on the label to ensure proper tracking. Green Peace is not responsible for returns lost in transit when our prepaid label is not used.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days from the date we receive the return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Order Cancellations and Modifications
Your first order can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed, provided it has not yet entered our fulfillment process. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes because our team begins preparing orders quickly. If your order has already shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
Unintended Renewal Charges
If you forget to cancel before a recurring charge and you contact us before the package ships, we will cancel that order and refund it in full. If the shipment has already been dispatched, returning it under the 30-day guarantee qualifies for a full refund with a prepaid label.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout and to keep it current in the account portal. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at info@green-peace.co.
Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to process refunds in the following cases: requests made after the 30-day window has expired, items damaged due to misuse after delivery, items returned without prior authorization from our team, and orders flagged for fraudulent activity.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first at info@green-peace.co before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving every legitimate issue quickly and fairly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be disputed with supporting documentation, including your recorded consent to recurring billing and the renewal reminders sent to you.
Health and Safety Disclaimer
The products sold by Green Peace are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Individual results may vary. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional.
