Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Green Peace. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, reliably, and with complete transparency.

1. Shipping Destinations

Green Peace currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands). We also ship to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses and to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Your order qualifies for free standard shipping when it reaches the minimum order value for your market:

  • United States: orders of $40 USD or more
  • United Kingdom: orders of £40 GBP or more
  • Australia: orders of $50 AUD or more

For orders below these thresholds, a flat standard shipping fee applies:

  • United States: $3.99 USD
  • United Kingdom: £2.99 GBP
  • Australia: $4.99 AUD

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (72 hours maximum) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier conditions, weather, and peak shopping seasons (such as the holiday period). Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take longer than the standard window.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the order is dispatched. If you do not receive your tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@green-peace.co.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers where applicable. Green Peace is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at info@green-peace.co. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet entered fulfillment.

7. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange one of the following options at your choice: reship the package to a corrected address (additional shipping fees may apply), or refund the order minus a handling fee. Refused or unclaimed packages without customer response within 14 days of return will be refunded minus any handling fees.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows the package as "delivered" but you have not received it, please take the following steps within 7 days: check with neighbors, household members, and your building manager or front desk; look around your delivery location for a hidden or rerouted package; and contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for a delivery investigation. If after these steps the package cannot be located, please contact us at info@green-peace.co within 14 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, ship a replacement or issue a refund. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are generally considered delivered, and Green Peace is not liable for theft after delivery; however, we will make every reasonable effort to help resolve the issue.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the outer packaging and the products inside, and contact us at info@green-peace.co within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Shipping Delays Outside Our Control

Green Peace is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather events, natural disasters, public health emergencies, strikes, or carrier system outages. We will keep you informed and assist in resolving any issue to the best of our ability.
